Refund and Exchange Policy and Instructions
If your shipment was damaged in transit or faulty, we will happily replace it. There are a couple of things we ask you to do:
- Immediately take a photo of the damaged carton prior to opening, paying particular attention to any external damage.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase;
- You must provide your name and address, and photos of the damaged carton if damaged in transit
- The returned items must be complete, and unopened;
- Once we receive email notification of the damaged carton(s) we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
